Los pacientes merecen algo mejor
A finales de enero, el Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos propuso un proyecto de norma que permitiría expresamente a los planes de seguros excluir la ayuda al copago de los fabricantes de medicamentos del cómputo del límite anual de participación en los gastos de los pacientes. Además, la norma propuesta interpretaría que la definición de “reparto de costes” no incluye los gastos cubiertos por dicha ayuda.
