Living with any condition can be overwhelming and it can take so much of us. Art like loom knitting and painting has helped me by reclaiming my life, reconnecting, being present and relieving my stress. Art has helped me embrace life, being grateful for everything that a condition has put me thru. One of my first painting entitled “El Pavoreal” to me the peacock holds such a special meaning. It symbolizes beauty, strength, confidence and faith. All of which have helped to continue thriving despite living with multiple autoimmune conditions.
