Painting is a stress reliever for me. I love nature especially because I feel relaxed and at peace with nature. I did this painting while thinking of my hometown because I grew up in the country and loved playing in the woods and the creek nearby. Having autoimmune disease(s) can cause stress and frustration but when I paint, especially nature paintings, I feel less anxious and in pain.
