A finales de enero, el Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos propuso un proyecto de norma que permitir铆a expresamente a los planes de seguros excluir la ayuda al copago de los fabricantes de medicamentos del c贸mputo del l铆mite anual de participaci贸n en los gastos de los pacientes. Adem谩s, la norma propuesta interpretar铆a que la definici贸n de “reparto de costes” no incluye los gastos cubiertos por dicha ayuda.
