The Unseen War

This poem illustrates how I feel as live with several auto-immune diseases. I try very hard not to show how hard it is, and how hopeless it all feels sometimes. But still, life must go on, so I figure out how to deal with each new issues, and move forward.

I don’t write a lot of poetry, because it actually requires more of a baring of soul than I am typically comfortable with. But if seeing my poem means others realize they aren’t alone in their struggles, it is worth sharing.
