Nature has always comforted me during times when I am flaring. I have struggled with autoimmune diseases since I was 3 years old and found that I enjoyed distracted myself through my education and specifically education on nature. I am now in college, as a Biomedical Science major and use nature as my grounding tool when life seems to be going wrong.
