This poem represents my love of nature and how trees represent strength and grounding. I live in the gorgeous foothills of Northern California so nature has always been healing for me. On my bad days, walking outdoors surrounded by the magical beauty of nature soothes my spirit, gives me hope, eases my anxiety, and brings me a deep sense of peace.
